My Christmas hint is keep it simple. Lots of seafood cooked on the Barby and plenty of cold fruit and salads.

DeleteI must confess I don't do Christmas cooking. It's actually my husband and his dad who organise it all which is so lovely. My tip though is to make lots and freeze left overs. We usually end up with a week or so worth of Christmas dinners spaces out over the next month... So yummy!

ReplyDeleteI always make the fruit mince pies, and do swaps with my family for the other things I need.

I would love the purple poppy Tea Towel. My Christmas cooking tip do whatever you can in the days leading up to Christmas and it's Ok to have a drink or two while cooking.
